WE NO LONGER ACCEPT EMAIL VOUCHERS.

All Vouchers must be uploaded using the secure site.

Instructions are on the HEAB WEBSITE:

Please send your refunds to HEAB by May 1. This will give us time to get the funds out to other students. Refunds that come in late must be put into the state's GPR - we cannot carry that money into the new academic year!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR
We intend to have the 2007-2008 list out next Wednesday and again two weeks later. Instruction letters will be sent out the same day.

Because of W code changes in some sectors, we will be running the 0607 list every week. This means you will be getting 2 lists on April 11 and 25.

HEAB Training Date: May 17, 2007

HEAB conducts one-day training programs for new and continuing financial aid administrators. The training session covers all aspects of the programs administered by HEAB, including:

The Voucher Process

Submitting and Receiving Data to/from HEAB

The program begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends no later than 3:00 p.m. It is held at the HEAB offices at 131 W. Wilson St, Suite 902, Madison, WI. We have room for up to 6 people at each session. Please let us know if you are coming to training as materials are printed based on the number of people attending.
